Description:

Ajiniyaz is responsible for developing, managing and overseeing UNDP-ENVSEC portfolio. Ajiniyaz also serves as an ENVSEC Regional Desk Officer for Central Asia being responsible for coordination and management of the entire ENVSEC Work Programme for Central Asia. The ENVSEC Work Programme for Central Asia for 2009-12, among other priorities, also addressed the issues of shared water resources.
