Description:
Mr. Pulatov graduated from Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration (TIIM) with MS degree in 1978, then with PhD in 1984. He then worked in various positions in TIIM, as a Deputy Dean at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering (1988-1994), Head of Research Department (1988-1990), Director of Center for International Relations and Training (1998-2000), as well as Vice Rector for International Affairs and Training (2000-2004). Since 2004, Mr. Pulatov has led the EcoGIS Centre, established within TIIM in a partnership with Wageningen University (the Netherlands). Also, since 2010, he holds a position of an Executive Secretary of Agricultural Universities Consortium of Central Asia and South Caucasus.
