I am Prof. Dr Mohammad Qasem Sediqy received my PhD from KPU in 1968 and BSc from Tashkent Engineering Irrigation Institute in 1980 and got BA from Afghan Institute of Technology in 1955. I have been working as a professor in Kabul Polytechnic University since 1980 and have taught Engineering Irrigation, Maintenance and protection of Irrigation Systems, Hydraulics Engineering for almost 30 years. I have about 21 publications about water.
